Desktop and all browsers not in sync

Desktop and all browsers not in sync, i have un-installed extensions (chrome, firefox, IE), i have re-installed desktop client i have exported vault, deleted it and started all over again. I have stopped browser extension syncing and switched to dropbox sync and they still do not show the same as the desktop app.

any other ideas?

    Dropbox is unrelated to the browser extensions, which don't actually sync with the main program, in 1Password 4 for Windows. (You're not using version 1, are you?)

    Instead, the 1Password helper facilitates communication between the extensions and the main program, so a mismatch between what you seen in the extensions and what you see in the main program is typically a sign of a problem with the helper.
