Can't Open Keychain after re-install of snow leopard and 1 password

Hi all,
I recently re-installed Snow Leopard and 1Password and when I attempt to open up the keychain stored on my dropbox account I get the following message:
AGDatabaseError
Exception: The encryption keys file does not exist at '/Users/davidmorrison/Dropbox/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/1password.keys
The interesting this is that I can open the keychain on my android phone just fine.
Any ideas?

Please close this topic, it turns out that dropbox had not synced all of the keychain down and is taking a very very long time to get the file(s) copied over to the computer.
