Did I lose all my data?

Recently purchased a new iPhone, backed up my old iPhone to my computer before I got the new one. Now when I try to start my one password app, I cannot connect and get all of my old data back into the app. Trying to sync via Wi-Fi, but I never set up an account on my Microsoft windows computer. I only used the one password on my iPhone. Have I lost all of my passwords?

    I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty migrating to a new phone. There is some basic information I'll need to begin assisting you in troubleshooting this issue. Could you please tell me:

    • What version of 1Password you had on the old phone and what version you have on the new one? [compare to this image if needed: http://i.agilebits.com/cdj/iOS_Versions.png ]
    • What is the file name of the backup you have on your PC?
    • What happens when you try to restore the backup?

    We'll help you get to the bottom of this.

    The OP states that they do have a backup, and I'm trying to ascertain which kind of backup with my second question above. I have not had a response yet.
