1Password will not launch [Reinstall fixed it]

I installed the latest update to 1Password 5.1 and it will not launch. I am running OS-X 10.10.2.

    It's always helpful to know the exact error in cases like this, but maybe you're not getting an error message.

    On the assumption 1P was working properly before you updated please try this:

    1. Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.

    That's great, thanks for letting us know it helped. It sounds like a crash reporting library was stripped from your app file and that caused it to start crashing until you reinstall it with the library intact.

    We're investigating to prevent this from happening again.
