eBay not showing up on ios

Most of the logins that I have entered on my Mac, sync and show up properly on my iPad, but a few, including eBay do not. Is there something that I need to do differently to get my eBay login on my Mac to show up on my iPad?

    Hi @rickherm1,

    You shouldn't have to do anything special. Can you please test and make sure the devices are actually syncing? Please add a Secure Note on your Mac titled "Mac Sync Test" and then add a Secure Note on your iPad titled "iPad Sync Test." Then see if the iPad Sync test note appears on the Mac and vice versa.

    Thanks. I just took your advice and entered the secure notes. They didn't sync. I'm confused since I do have more than 100 logins that have synced. Could you please go through the settings with me to correct this?

    Hi @rickherm1 ,

    What method are you using to sync? Also, a few things to try:
    1. On the device that isn't syncing, try turning sync off, make changes to the note, and back on again.
    2. If you duplicate the eBay item, does the second copy sync?
