Can't update Version 3.8

I continually get messages asking me to update my ipassword for Mac. However, whenever I try to update to 3.8.22, it starts to download the update, but can't seem to extract the archive. Do I need to worry about this update? How can I fix this?

    Hi @susank,

    Please download a fresh copy from our downloads page. Just scroll to the bottom for the 'Legacy' versions. Then simply drag the app to the /Applications folder and replace the existing copy. This should get things working smoothly for you!
