Synching between platforms (Win/Mac) ? [follow-up troubleshooting through email]

I'm a Mac user and recently acquire a new Win8.1 laptop and I wonder if by purchasing 1Pass for Windows my devices will be auto-sync all the time?

Please explain.

You need to sync them. I'd recommend using Dropbox for this:
