What is the reason for this price difference?

    Hi there,

    I apologize for the trouble. It appears you attempted to purchase in the middle of a sale ending. Sometimes the app store gets a little wonky when prices are in the process of being changed. The 9.99 is the correct price.

    If you try again that should now be reflected everywhere.
