Article missing-extention button does not work because the extention is missing.

  • H @JanLichtenbelt,

What version of Firefox are you using?

In addition, if you go to Firefox's Add-ons page, does 1Password show up as enabled? If it does, which version is installed?

    Hi ...

I used the lastest Firefox version 38.0.5.

  • When you try to install it from 1Password's preferences, does the installation complete?

  • Hi @JanLichtenbelt,

    What about my second question:

In addition, if you go to Firefox's Add-ons page, does 1Password show up as enabled? If it does, which version is installed?

    Hi...

    The 1Password version is 4.5.0.575.
And that is the problem that Firefrox does NOT show any add-ons from 1Password, while prefrence of 1PAssword shoiws that version 4.3.1. has been installed. As said both Firefox and 1password have been removed and installed again, with this as result

    Kind regards

  • Hi @JanLichtenbelt,

That sounds like maybe your Firefox profile is damaged, 1Password sees the extension is stored in your profile but Firefox is not loading it.

    Just in case, try this:

    1. Open Firefox and go to this page: https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions
    2. Press the green button to download the extension and Firefox should prompt if you'd like to authorize it to be installed, say yes.

After it is installed, restart Firefox and see if 1Password works.

If not, you might need to create a new profile to see if 1Password would work in there. Here's how: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles#w_creating-a-profile

Thanks a lot. Option 1) works correctly.
