The future of Windows Mobile looks bleak

Microsoft axed 7800 more jobs at Nokia. I wish them and Agilebits luck. You guys only got 1Password for Windows Modern alpha started not long ago. It would be a shame to cancel its development now.

    It's true, they have axed a lot of jobs but my understanding is they haven't given up on Windows Mobile with a preview build of Windows 10 Mobile being released a couple of days ago. I believe the plan is they're leaving the low end for others and will create a small number of phones for the other markets.

    I'm not saying they won't have a tough time of it but I think it would be a bad move to leave the mobile market entirely.
