    Hi Mike,
    Thanks for all your help.
Here is another issue I can use your help.
1password does not auto fill my login info when launching site. I am using Mac air OS X Yosemite and PC window 7. I am using Chrome and Safari. I have stored my login info for lynda.com but it does not auto fill. It only brings up the home page then I have to click on log in and fill in manually login info.

    1password version - 4.6.0.582
    extension version - 4.4.1.90
    OS version - 6.1.7601 SP1

  • Hi @gita,

Are you opening the site from the 1Password program, which launches the site but doesn't fill it? If you then ask 1Password to fill again, it works?

It does not work from 1password program or from extension. I have tried every possible combinations. I even tried remember me option.

    @gita,

This sounds like the URL saved does not match the URL actually in use in the browser. Can you check both URLs (and perhaps report them here if they are not confidential).

  • Hi @gita,

Is this the URL it is saved with: https://www.lynda.com/login/Login.aspx

I tested this and it does work for me in Chrome on Windows. Can you edit your Login to save that URL and see if it'll work.

    Following URL is stored http://www.lynda.com/member.aspx
I called Linda.com support and they told me that only way to login is to use this URL http://www.lynda.com/member.aspx

    I just tried this URL

    https://www.lynda.com/login/Login.aspx

and it works in Firefox. IE is bringing-up a pop-up about "Only secure content is display", and when I press Show all content, the window is refreshed, and nothing is filled in for about 8 seconds, and then only the username is filled in. Perhaps that dialog is interfering.

    Ctrl-\ fills in the info.

@gita: I hope you don't mind, but I've split this discussion off into the browser filling category of the forums, since it's a specific website issue.

Indeed, I was able to fill at Lynda.com by manually saving a new login for the site. Just try these steps:

    1. Navigate to https://www.lynda.com/login/Login.aspx
    2. Enter your login credentials
    3. Tap the 'keyhole' icon to bring up the extension
    4. Click the 'gear' icon
    5. Click Save New Login
    6. Give it a name and Save
    7. Close the webpage and select your new login from the extension to have 1Password Go & Fill
    8. Submit the form manually if you have autosumbit disabled

I hope this helps. Be sure to let us know if you have any other questions! :)
