1Password not filling out login form on cloudup correctly

When filling out the login form at cloudup.com, 1Password does not fill out the fields correctly and the login does not work.

OS Version: 10.10.4
Sync Type: iCloud

Hello @PSiAU,

I tested the site using our How to manually save a Login guide and I was able to create a Login item that seemed to successfully both the username and password field. Could you try following the guide please to create a new Login item and see if that works better. Hopefully your findings will match mine.
