1Password no longer works in Chrome Canary 46.0.2485.0

As of 3-4 releases ago, 1Password stopped working in Chrome Canary. Chrome Canary may not be a browser that you support, but I thought I'd let you know anyway. Essentially when I click on the browser extension button in the toolbar, a new tab opens up with a page "looking for the 1Password app":

The 1Password app launches briefly in my dock, and then disappears. Then the page switches to this:

Of course 1Password is installed and works fine in Safari… but it's clearly broken in Chrome. Any advice?

1Password Version: 5.1b34
Extension Version: 4.4.3.2
OS Version: 10.10.3

    Hi @Chris Messina,

Yeah, it turns out that there were a few builds where they broke something relating to WebSockets. We were originally wondering if it was something purposefully done but I think this clarifies that  Hopefully you have a fully working extension again assuming you're running the latest build of Canary. Please do let us know if you don't though because we're generally hearing things are good once more.
