My shortcut to 1 Password suddenly is no longer working on Mozilla or safari

    Hi @Larry,

    Since you're using 1Password 3 for Mac, I've moved your message to our "1Password 3 for Mac" forum. I hope you don't mind!

    If you're using Firefox 40, the following knowledgebase article will explain the problem and your options: 1Password 3 extension missing in Firefox 40 or later

    That wouldn't explain the problem in Safari, though. Do you still see the 1Password extension icon in Safari's toolbar? If so, what happens when you click on it? If you don't see the 1Password extension in Safari, you may need to reinstall it. You can install the 1Password 3 extension from here: https://agilebits.com/extensions/mac/index.html
