Our former web developer had their own personal 1Password for Mac license that synced with Dropbox. They have since left the company. Now, I just purchased a company license, but 1Password isn't letting me set up a new vault. It seems like it's still recognizing the previous employee's vault options. (By the way, I'm signed in to the Mac with the same username as the former employee. We cannot create a new Mac user account, but must keep the same user account due to the development settings set up on the Mac.) Thanks for your help!

    Hi @amandamaddox,

1Password stores its data locally on the Mac, so it's definitely still finding the existing vault there. In order to reset that so you can start over with a new vault, you can follow the steps here: How do I start over with an empty vault?

Hopefully you're all set, but if you have more questions or need more help with that, just let us know. :)
