Shared vault not syncing

My wife and I have a shared vault for saving credentials to sites we both use and/or have joint accounts with. We each have a personal macbook which we primarily use. When a new login is created on one mac it does not automatically sync over to the other mac. Dropbox was setup and seemingly worked in the past.

    Hi @Lorbi,

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Dropbox sync! We can certainly help you sort this out.

    First, check to make sure that each of you are syncing to the same .agilekeychain file. You can do this by selecting 1Password > Preferences... > Sync. Make sure they're both set to sync with Dropbox, and that the filepath matches.

    Otherwise, can you tell us whether you and your wife use the same Dropbox account, or do you each have your own?
