Hi @giovan28,
The reason for the message is that Mozilla are currently moving over to a system where they will review and host all Firefox extensions. To enforce this they are altering Firefox so that it will refuse to load an extension that isn't signed by them. This is their current roadmap.
- Firefox 40 (the current stable). It will complain if an extension is not signed by Mozilla but it will still allow you to run and use the extension.
- Firefox 41 (the current beta). It will refuse to load an unsigned extension by default but there is a hidden option to alter this for those that need to.
- Firefox 42 (the current dev build). It will refuse to load an unsigned extension and there will be no hidden option. All extensions must be signed.
Our current beta of the Firefox extension is signed and we're in the process of getting the latest stable signed too. It does take a while for the review process but we're hoping everything will be in place well before Firefox 41 reaches stable. So as long as you downloaded the 1Password Firefox Extension from us, specifically from https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions then you're safe and it's just a warning that we need to do certain things. Hopefully this warning will soon be behind us
