Cannot access my Vault on my iPhone. Please help.

All my devices are running the latest versions. I can sync on my Mac but not on my iPhone. I've reset iCloud on my iPhone to no avail. To remedy this I'm now syncing over Wi-Fi which is not ideal.

  • I get the "Looking up iCloud information" message. It gets stuck there. I've uninstalled app, restarted device, stopped and restarted iCloud on my entire device.
