Who can I contact privately about a security concern?

I've discovered a potential security flaw (it seems to be a bug as it is not always there) and I don't want to broadcast it to the world. Who can I contact about it?

The bug doesn't give access to passwords, or make it easier to crack them, but it does leak information, and depending on the data you store, certain sites could be compromised.
