How can I get a version of 1Password for Mac OS 10.7.5?

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

I'm using a MacPro with OS 10.7.5 & Chrome as a browser.
How can I get a version of 1Password fthat will download & work with Mac OS 10.7.5?
I don't need any synching with anything for now.

    Why does this screen say "OS Version: Not Provided" when it is provided, i.e. OS 10.7.5?
