After upgrade El Capitan not able to add new login
ver 3.8.22 (build 32010) When I try to add a new login using "+" button, it gives me a new account window but I can't enter anything into it. Sometimes I get a little banded gray-to-black box, and sometimes the window gets wider as if there were something entering, but nothing actually goes in.
