My mac book pro since updating to capitan, no longer shows the passwords!

Options

Lately I've had to plug my phone into my mac (and Ipad too) for one password to sync. The last time I did it, everything sank to my phone and ipad, but now the actual passwords on my mac do not show up. When I click on the password to display the actual word, it goes blank. This is also true for the website field associated with that password. Now I have to log into my phone to get a password.

1Password Version: Version 3.8.22 (build 32010)
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: El Capitan 10.11
Sync Type: Not sure, I have to connect devices to sync

Please take a look at this AgileBits post (on the 1P3 for Mac Legacy forum).

  • Hey @laurasal! The forum post that Stephen_C mentioned is worth a read. It explains El Capitan compatibility in detail. Let us know if you have any other questions!
