Have 3.8.22 Mac version, using El Capitan. One Password is not filling the user id or pw's.

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Have 3.8.22 Mac version, using El Capitan. One Password is not filling the user id or pw's. It also stopped autofilling when I had Yosemite. The extension on Chrome does autofill.

Please advise as to what steps I need to take.

    Hey @ctheriot,

    1Password 3 and El Capitan aren't playing nice together at this point. I'd recommend giving this post a read for some info on the future of 1Password 3 and what you can do to resolve the issues. I checked your account and it looks like you purchased the app in mid-2013, which means your license was automatically upgraded to 1Password 5. You can follow this guide to upgrade your copy of the app to the latest version and move your data over. I also just resent your license so you can get things up and running quickly. :)
