Chrome hangs when adding team member to a vault

I am an admin on our team and attempted to add a member to a specific vault. Another admin had created the vault and had not given me permission to add team members. As a result of my lack of permissions, Chrome became frozen and I had to restart the browser.

Admins are able to add or remove team members to/from vaults. The only other team members who can do this are those with Manage permissions for the vault. That's the point of being an Admin, after all. ;)
