    Hello,

    I went to create a new vault and it is greyed out. Do you know why I cannot add a new vault? My screenshot link is below.

    The problem you're running into is a bit different than the one in the previous discussion, so I've moved your message to a new thread. I hope you don't mind!

    Thank you so much for the screenshot, it's extremely helpful! In order to create a new secondary vault, you'll need to switch to your Primary vault (it looks like you're currently in a secondary vault named "Test3"). You can switch to the Primary vault from the drop-down list near the top left corner of the 1Password app window, or go to the menu for 1Password > Switch to Vault > Primary. Once you're in the Primary vault, you'll be able to choose the New Vault menu option.
