1password icon says "Cleaning..." and won't open [Reboot device]

The icon for 1password is dimmed and says "Cleaning..." instead of "1password" and the app won't open.

I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, but am getting the same behavior.

1Password Version: 6.1.1
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 9
Sync Type: dropbox

    Hi @scryber,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try restarting your iOS device and see if that helps? If it does not, could you please try syncing 1Password over to the iOS device from iTunes on a computer?
