Delay touchID request for multitasking? [Adjust lock settings in 1Password > Settings > Security]

I use multitasking on my iPad a lot. If my last app was 1password, the moment I swipe left I am stuck needing to authenticate or cancel to get to other apps. Is there a way to delay this request for Touch ID so I can swipe past without having to cancel or Touch ID myself?

@AJKCs - You can set the length of time between authentication in the Preferences under Security. You won't be able to set it so it never requires authentication, but you can at least lengthen the delay. The maximum delay interval looks to be 1 hour.

Unfortunately there isn't a clear solution to this particular problem, but hawkmoth's suggestion will certainly help. 10 minutes is enough for me, but everyone's different. Also keep in mind that you can cancel the Touch ID prompt and tap the 'fingerprint' icon to bring it up again later too. Cheers! :)
