    Thanks for writing in. We can definitely help you with that... but unfortunately there's no one magical button you can click that would convert the Guest account to a real team member account. Something we should keep in mind if this ends up happening to other people.

    Converting the Guest to a Team Member requires deleting the Guest account (since Guests don't have their own vaults, there's no worry about data loss here) then adding the person a a Team Member.

    1. Login as your owner account
    2. Go to the Admin Console
    3. Select Guests at the top
    4. Select the Guest Account in question
    5. On the right hand side you should see a popup button with label "Guest". Clicking on it should reveal a menu, one of the options being "Suspend". Suspend the guest account.
    6. Now that the user is suspended, the popup button will give us the "Delete" action. Click the popup button again and choose "Delete". This will delete the Guest Account.
    7. Select "Team Members" at the top of the screen
    8. Click the blue + button near the search field to invite this user in again as a full Team Member.
