Setting up in IOS

I have a vault in an iMac running El Capitan, which is already synched with another iPad using iCloud. But I cannot get this iPad to set up the new 1password IOS that I have downloaded and I am trying to synch over iCloud with the same vault. What should I do? It is IOS 5, IOS9, and ICloud synch.

    @angelamoray: Which version of 1Password for Mac are you using? Only the Mac App Store version can currently sync with iCloud (though we're working on changing that). Be sure to let me know the exact versions you have, and we'll figure this out! :)
