I cant migrate passwords to new version of 1password

I have tried to upgrade to new version of password.... with no luck.
Everything that is said in this link i have tried... with no luck.

What to try next?
old version keeps crashing and new does not have anything although have tried different ways?
IOs version 9.2
1password 3.6.5. pro
