how do I upgrade from version 3.2.2 (check for updates takes me to a "no longer exists" web page

I recently finally updated my operating system to ElCapitan after skipping many operating systems - I am still running 1Password 3.2.2 and when I go to check for updates it takes me to a webpage that no longer exists. Is there a way to update to the current version without having to manually re-enter all of my password info. Thank You
