I need help with my password. I know what it should be but its not working.

    If those suggestions don't help, and you cannot remember your master password, you will be faced with starting over from scratch. No one can reset your master password, and you cannot change it without first entering the old one. That's part of the security and the reason why it is important to keep track of the master password somewhere safe.
