Notification Drawer Issue

I am currently syncing 1PW to my dropbox keychain. Pressing the 1PW notification "Syncing with Dropbox..." in the drawer does not pull up the app, but I can open the app through Recents or via the App drawer. Via Recents and App drawer prompts for fingerprint unlock (whichI have enabled). Is the lack of launch via notification drawer due to a security issue?

    Hello! This is actually by design. The notification in the notification drawer presents our users with the status of sync. Tapping on the notification during sync does not do anything. But once sync has completed, tapping on the notification will launch the app and let you view the complete sync log. :)
