Trying to download on windows and getting error popup.

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have 1 password on my iPhone but I cant get it to download on my computer. I paid $10 on phone then paid $25 again on computer for licenses... not sure I needed to pay again though. I can't get it to download. I get a pop up that says file execution blocked and another that says Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5: access is denied. Help please

    Hi @Rebekah_B,

    That's caused by your security program, it blocked 1Password from running files from the temporary folder. Try to disable this function temporarily and then let 1Password update. Once the update is done, re-enable the security feature.

    If you're using McAfee, look for Prevent all programs from running files from the Temp folder setting.
