credit for existing licenses?

Hooray for a family plan!

Have you considered offering a credit to convert folks with existing licenses? For example, my family has two Android licenses, a Windows license, and an OSX license. You are of course free to say that certain upgrades require a new license -- this may be one of those moments, but it's been a while since that happened.

    I'm glad you're excited about 1Password for Families! You ask a great question. We have talked about that internally, yes. Account credits will most likely depend on how recently you purchased your licenses, so email us at support@1password.com and we'll see what we can do. :)
