Password Access Alerting

Options

We are looking for an implementation method that would alert an administrator if a team member accesses certain passwords. The scenario in question: Passwords are saved in Teams for 1Password and users are given access to them with the understanding that they only access them in case of emergency / disaster. In the event that one of the users accesses one of the shared passwords, the administrator would receive an email detailing the user, which password was accessed, and a time stamp.

What are the odds that this is possible, or something that could be coming in the future?

Thank you.

Hi, @MCrognale, and welcome to our forum!

What you suggest is theoretically possible, but not something we've implemented in 1Password for Teams just yet. We have heard requests for similar things, like an access log to see everything someone has accessed, but that will be a little further down the road. I'm not sure about email notifications. It seems like it would be an easy way to get a flooded inbox, but it may be something we can add down the road. We're not quite there yet.
