Upgrade pricing on Windows from MAS version?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I bought 1Password for both for iOS and OS X via their App Stores, so I don't have a license code to use when seeking the cross/upgrade licensing for the Mac/Win bundle. Is it possible to either generate a code for the OS X version or somehow otherwise get the discount?
