Invitation for @hotmail.de dont work

Hello,

i tried to invite my family members. They have @hotmail.de email addresses.
The e-mail never arrives. I check the junk-mail folder and also add the "1password@agilebits.com" to the "safe senders" list at hotmail settings.

I test it also with an @gmail.com e-mail account. With gmail it works fine.

Anyone with same issue?

    Hi @maleeb,

    We've been in touch with Amazon, who we use for delivering the invite emails, about this issue. Microsoft domains such as hotmail.com, outlook.com, et al. are currently blocking some of Amazon SES’s IP addresses, which is affecting our ability to deliver some emails to those domains.

    We're working with Amazon (who is in touch with Microsoft) to try and resolve these issues.
