Can i use the parallels bundle for my pc licence? Or switch my current mac (1 weeks old) to a pc
Hi,
Was advised to get 1password and didn't realise I need a licence for mac and also for pc. Have just had notification for the parallels bundle so was wondering if it is possible to use the 1password offered in that for my pc or else if I can switch my mac licence to pc and buy the bundle. Hope this makes sense.

Hi @richevansnz,
If I understand you correctly you purchased a single license for Mac and would like to have the bundle deal so you have a license for both Mac and Windows. You can upgrade your current license by visiting the store page at:
and clicking the "Upgrade license" selection under the bundle deal. This will allow you to enter your current license key and you will be able to acquire both licenses at a reduced price. (see image below for the correct button)

Thanks James. Not quite. I was hoping I could transfer my mac licence to my pc ie no longer use my mac licence.

@richevansnz: Licenses are non-transferrable...but I'm not even seeing that there's one in our system. The best thing to do would be to email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com with a copy of your receipt and we'll see if there's something we can do to help. Thanks in advance! :)
