I'm getting an https error when trying to download firefox extension. This is what I see

I think it's not allowing me to download the extension because the ssl certificate is misconfigured or?

    @dikaio: Sorry for the confusion! As it says, you're receiving this error because something is preventing your browser from establishing a secure connection to the server. The connection will be rejected if it can't be authenticated.

    The most common cause of this is "security" software that installs a self-signed certificate to decrypt your secure traffic and monitor your activities. Do you have 3rd party software installed that might be doing something like this?

    Ultimately there isn't any remedy except to stop whatever is causing this on your machine. We don't want someone to be able to masquerade as AgileBits and give you a maliciously crafted webpage, extension, or app download. Please let me know what you find!

    @dikaio: Ah, thanks for following up! Make sure you're using the latest version of Kaspersky, as older versions can cause issues for 1Password. Also, if there's a setting for something like "encrypted network scan", "scan encrypted connections", or anything else that would be intercepting secure (SSL/TLS over HTTPS) connections, that will be the cause.
