Where is my Billing Page?

I received Dave's e-mail regarding the billing page. However, his link does not open my billing page and in the GUI, I have not been able to found a billing page either.

Any ideas?

    @chmars, You probably have a Teams account. We haven't finished the billing for Teams yet. We hope to make it available in the next few weeks.
