Upgrade appstore license to use in windows

Hi,

I already use 1Password in my Mac and iOS devices and have recently bought a windows machine ( I intend to use dropbox sync going forward). When I try to get a quote to upgrade the license I need to pass my existing license number. Since I bought it directly from the AppStore so that I could use the iCloud vault sync I do not have a license number. How much would the upgrade cost and how would I do it.
