Have added credit card, Admin Console > Settings prompts me to do it again

Hi folks,

I've added credit card details to the Billing page which gives me all the details of my card and billing schedule. However, when going to Admin Console and Settings I see the text encouraging me to add a credit card to sign up for the launch special.

The first time I saw this I thought my card hadn't been accepted and started the process of doing it again, before noticing the Billing menu item for the first time.
