1P will not sign into my Capital One account.

1Password works great for all my accounts except one which is Capital One. I have erased the Web login page and the account in 1P several times and started over, but it still won't sign in. Can you help me? Thank you, Doris

    Hi, Doris. I'm a Capital One customer myself, and I don't have any issues with signing in. I see that you've given the OS Version as 9.3.1. This looks like an iOS version, so is this problem happening for you on iOS? I just tested my login on my iPhone and it filled properly as well. (Although I much prefer their iOS apps, which are surprisingly good apps, especially for a financial institution!)

    The simplest thing to try first is saving a new Login manually "How to save a Login manually"). Does that help?
