Accidentally purchased iPhone Pro App

Hi, I signed up for a family account and accidentally purchased the iPhone Pro App as well for $15 when I really just wanted the free download that comes with the family account. I intend to pay for a full year in advance, can you either refund me for the App or give me a reduced offer for the 1 year subscription?

    Hi @cpizzato! Sorry about that. We don’t have the ability to refund App Store purchases, but Apple should be able to help you out.

    1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
    2. Sign In with your Apple ID.
    3. Select the "Apps" tab and locate 1Password
    4. Click the "Report a Problem" button
    5. Choose “Problem is not listed here” and be sure to mention that you are asking for a refund because it doesn’t work as expected.

    Then just sign in to your family in 1Password for iOS and you'll be all set. :) Let us know if you have any questions.
