Audit log for vault changes

I have Administrators group set to Manage Only for certain vaults. I need to be able to track if an Administrator makes any changes to the vault, so that setting Manage Only actually means something. If the Manage Only function allows that group to just add greater permissions to a vault, and that event isn't logged, then it seems pointless. Is this audit log exposed somewhere that I'm missing?

    @stmyers It is currently logged in the system but we do not yet show it in the UI anywhere. It is on our list and we will make it available soon.
