Not all items in vault synced

Attempted to use iCloud Drive to sync vault from iPad Air to iPhone 6 using iCloud Drive. There are 13 items in my vault on the IPad, but only three items appear in the vault on the iPhone.

1Password Version: 6.4
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS X 9.3.1
Sync Type: iCloud Drive

    P.S. 1Password doesn't actually sync using iCloud Drive. Though iCloud Drive must be enabled on your devices in order to use 1Password's iCloud sync, we actually use an iCloud technology called CloudKit. Your 1Password data will not be visible in iCloud Drive.
