Only want one subscription

I initially signed up with 3 users to try out this software but I only want to keep my user. I thought I deleted the other 2 users so it would only be mine, but when I put my credit card info in, it says I owe for 3 users, please help!!

    Welcome to the forums @bobyeager!

    Can you confirm that you followed these steps to delete the other users you set up:

    1. Open the Team menu and choose Admin Console.
    2. Choose the Team Members tab and click the names of the users you wish to delete.
    3. Click Delete.

    And do you mind following the first two steps again, just to confirm they've been deleted? That'll help us take care of this problem 8-)
