Missing logins on Windows

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I use 1Password on Mac OS X, Windows 7, and my mobile devices (iPad and iPhone). They all use the same 1Password.opvault file stored on Dropbox.

On Windows, many logins are missing. Some old, some newer. My login count on Mac and iOS is 472. On Windows, 443. Some of these missing logins are quite popular ones so it becomes an inconvenience pretty quickly.

I verified that the files within the vault have the same timestamps on the local Dropbox copies on Windows and Mac.
