Why do i get "Bad Request" when using 1Password? Login and pwd fills then get screen w/this message

Used Chrome extension to select 'logins.' Selected a site and it loaded properly and auto filled the login and password. Next screen gave only 'Bad request' as error message. Happens repeatedly even after rebooting, clearing cache, etc. I noticed that when I replaced and saved the url, the system would log me right in, but then gave me 'Bad request' again with the url that had just worked.
